The Sleep Consultant Program is designed, developed, and delivered by Health Care Professionals. Would you like to know how you can sleep and get the rest you need?   You will work one on one with our Sleep Consultant to assess whether you are you getting the quality sleep your body deserves.  You will learn the signs and symptoms of "sleep debt" and together with our Sleep Consultant get you back on the road to a good night's sleep.
