Karen Fryday-Field, Senior Partner: Over eighteen years of experience in both public and for-profit management and consulting. Karen is a graduate of John Carver's Governance Academy in Atlanta, Georgia and an Ivey Scholar from the Ivey School of Business (MBA).

Carol Milton, Executive Coordinator and Research Assistant: An extensively trained professional with a commitment to lifelong learning. Carol has a desire to be challenged and share her knowledge with others. Carol is an accomplished computer user, experienced in a variety of wordprocessing, spreadsheet, database, and graphic design programs.

Richard Doogue, Associate: Has been closely involved in the development and implementation of numerous special projects. Richard has extensive management, supervision, and strategic planning experience.

Chad Sasko, Associate and Analyst: A technical expert with a broad background in web development and developing unique workflow solutions. Chad holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a Certified Management Accounting specialization.

Dan MacKay, Associate:  An innovative and results-oriented professional with over 23 years of expertise in senior management roles in the financial services arena.  Dan's experience encompasses successes in retail banking management, human resources, sales and marketing, operatioanl effectiveness, process improvement, training and development, and customer/media relations.  Dan's consulting practice focuses in the following areas:  sale management, retail operational risk, strategic leadership, vision creation and implementation, executive coaching and development, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and customer care strategies.
